Tonight is like a monumentous occasion for me. Granted, it is July 4th, and the fireworks are half the fun, but today is a personal history day. Again, for those of you faithful readers out there, today is the day that my family literally moved to Florida. On July 3, 1999, we attempted to drive from my aunt's house in Yorktown Heights to catch the Amtrak AutoTrain just outside of Washington DC in Virginia and we missed it, forcing us to spend the night in a hotel, and then leave on July 4th to take the train down.
THAT WAS 11 YEARS AGO!!!!!!
Time really does fly.
Rejoice in our freedom that God's son gave us when he gave his life for us...
Remember the men and women who fight for our Country's freedom in the armed services...
Pray for our president that he will take action and make wise choices for this country...
